Thrainit works with iPhone and iPad with iOS 26.6 or iPadOS 26.6 or later.
Questions
How do I sync between my iPhone and iPad?
Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on both and keep iCloud on for Thrainit in Settings › [your name] › iCloud. Changes usually arrive within moments; if they don’t, open Thrainit again on the other device.
Do I need an account?
No. There’s no sign-up. Sync uses your own iCloud.
How do I export my workouts?
Tap More in the sidebar, then Export Workouts…, and choose where to save the CSV file. It has every workout and set; weights are always in kilograms.
How do I import workouts?
Tap More › Import Workouts… and pick a CSV file exported from Thrainit. It shows what it will add before anything changes, and a workout that’s already there isn’t added twice.
How do I switch between kilograms and pounds?
Tap More › Settings. It opens Thrainit’s page in the Settings app; choose Weight Unit, then Kilograms or Pounds. Thrainit starts in pounds if your region uses US measurements and in kilograms otherwise.
I deleted a workout by mistake.
Open Deleted Workouts in the sidebar and recover it. Deleted workouts are kept for 30 days.
Where did an exercise go?
Archived exercises are in Archived Exercises in the sidebar.
How do I share a routine?
Open the routine and tap Share. Thrainit sends a .thrainit file; whoever opens it in Thrainit sees the routine and can add it. Your workouts and playlist aren’t included.
How are suggested weights worked out?
From your estimated one-rep max and the reps and RPE you plan, rounded to the smallest plates you set for the gym. About RPE in a workout explains each one.
Why does Thrainit ask for my location?
Only to show gyms in your town when you add a gym. It doesn’t store your location.
Why does Thrainit ask for Apple Music?
Only when you add a playlist to a routine, to list your playlists. Playing them needs Apple Music.
